4.GH2135(GH135)主要特性:
GH2135(GH135)是我國自行研制的鐵鎳基高溫合金,除疲勞性能稍低外其余性能已達到和超過了鎳基合金GH33的水平。GH2135(GH135)合金具有良好的熱加工塑性,但切削加工性能較差;經(jīng)表面滲鋁后抗癢化性能較好。實踐證明GH2135(GH135)合金比較成熟,使用可靠。
GH2135(GH135)合金鉻、鎳含量相對較低,故抗氧化的溫度僅約800%,但是含彌散強化相形成元素(v、A1、Ti)量相對較高,在固溶體基體上可形成化合物強化相,所以常用熱處理形式為固溶處理+時效。通過固溶處理,可以使GH2135(GH135)合金固溶強化;通過時效處理,可以使合金析出細小強化相[VC、Ni3A1、Ni3Ti,Ni3(A1·Ti)],從而提高室溫和高溫強度。固溶并時效處理后的組織為奧氏體+彌散化合物
